Faculty Composition

As of the Fall of 2017, the SIS Faculty consists of 48 faculty members from a wide-range of experience and education. Approximately half of our faculty hold Doctorate degrees. The remaining half of our faculty have completed Master’s Degrees in their respective fields and many are recognized Master and Senior Level Chefs. Our faculty emanate from 17 countries including U.S., Canada, France, Portugal, China, Korea, Latvia, Tunisia, Austria, Russia, Nepal, India, Turkey, Greece, Philippines, Taiwan and Germany.
